Was thinking of creating Talk Pages on the Wiki. Maybe even using a separate talk repository. We currently have a lot of discussions on PRs regarding projects and not all of the important relevant information ends up in the final page. Having a "easily-edited" talk page per product will allow us to create a space to document these things.

The link would look something like https://github.com/endoflife-date/talk/wiki/products/python. The wiki will be open to edits from everyone. And on significant changes on a page (usually wherever we apply the product-fixes label), we can add some notes to the corresponding talk page.

Two Questions:

1. Good Idea?
2. Where to link the talk page? top right? Footer text?
