Create and edit a dictionary of words and their translations

before 1st run on new directory, copy .env-example to .env and update the .env file with the correct parameters

This need to be dode only once

Just run:

• npm --prefix assets install
• npm --prefix assets run build
• go build

and then restart gishur service: (create it first)

• sudo systemctl gishur starter
