Bumps [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch) to 3.1.2 and updates ancestor dependencies [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch), [level-test](https://github.com/Level/level-test) and [tape](https://github.com/ljharb/tape).
