This PR breaks buildpack deploys at least, with this error in the builder:

As @smothiki and @kmala have said offline, we'll likely need to upgrade our components to use either the v3 or v4 signatures to work with this minio release. Depending on the component, this will mean upgrading a CLI or a library. So, this PR has a lot more work involved than just the changes herein. Accordingly, I'm removing the v2.0 milestone.
