… reorganise example DEM and shapefiles, change script aws_logger2cosipy for more convient usage, change script csv2cosipy for more convient usage and for a more general usage, exclude exmple files from repository with new and different .gitignore files; some minor chnages to main source code (add runtime in minutes, hours, new keyword forece select total precipitation if snowfall is present as well), model works now without total cloud cover if LWin is present, therefore some minor changes to cosipy core and the surfaceTemperature module
