Changelog:

• Fixed hardcoding of command prefix.
• Allow FactoCord to respond to commands send from any channel. Allows for ban/kick/unban to be done privately IE:admin-only channel or over DM. Normal chat is still done over channel specified in .env config file.
• Bot will now show FactoCord + version as the game on discord.
• Change how FactoCord logs commands/chat to console output.
