From scipy 1.15.0 change log:

scipy.integrate.quadrature and scipy.integrate.romberg have been removed in favour of scipy.integrate.quad.

So this will make scipy 1.15.0 the new min

Hmm, not sure how this was merged without a review, but it contained errors as reported in #789 , will try to revert the conflicting changes/commit(s)
