This fixes an infinite recursion error that originated as a result of trying to set an environment variable using the output of another environment variable.

Currently when using python, the
PYTHONPATHalways contains the literal string$DEVENV_PROFILE. This is incorrect, as the variable is not resolved.In addition, it would be nice to add to any
PYTHONPATHthat is already there, just like we're doing withPATH.I've added a test that fails in the current implementation and succeeds with the patch.
