Added GitHub Actions workflows to automate testing, linting, secret scanning, and code formatting/fixing.
test-lint.yml: Runsgo test ./...,go vet ./..., andgolangci-lint.secret-leaks.yml: Scans for secrets usinggitleaks.go-fix.yml: Automatically runsgo fmtandgo fixon push.
