Hi @runnin4roses , sorry that you are experiencing this. If this isn't taken care of already - If you can post in our free support forum in Discord https://appwrite.io/discord, and tag me (I'm the only Tessa in the server), i'll escalate it immediately and make sure you are taken care of. Sorry that I'm just seeing this now. This is mainly a community discussion area so it's not something we are frequently checking (but should!). |

At a loss of where to go for help because the Support link is pay-walled for upgraded accounts, and I don't want to pay three times, especially since the first two aren't working....
I believe the issue originated with my bank, I had to approve the charge of $15 on my bank app. Usually when that happens, I just have to re-try the transaction again. However for some reason Appwrite still pushed through the transaction? So I got charged $30 instead of the $15 (and I was definitely charged). But I am still getting errors that I need to upgrade: Error: AppwriteException: Resource limit for your project has exceeded. Please Upgrade to a higher plans.
This is very frustrating as all work has ground to a halt while I wait for a resolution for this, and I can't use the Support link.
