This PR adds the ability to write DBs that have distro channel information, which is required for RedHat EUS support, ultimately supporting work from anchore/grype#2787 and anchore/vunnel#796 . This takes OS name/versions formatted like rhel:8.4+eus from vunnel output and writes OS entries for rhel@8.4 with a channel of eus.
