## Usage
To run the simulation, use the following commands:

```bash
make
./exp.x
```

an Operating System with a bash shell and g++ and make installed is required.

In the `main.cc`, edit the `main` function to change between min-flow and avg-flow, edit the budget randomization (or insert the budgets and connections manually), edit the number of agents, or print different results to screen.
