did a full revamp to simplify it so it could be used as part of a larger tool responding to #1

• added scraply user agent
• added cookie_jar support
• forced the webhook to be triggered on each execution even from the api
• added error log when none 200-ok returned from the webhook

• added the abbility to get the current request query params using scraply.params see (#2 )
