The Dahej Calculator is a non-commercial, open-source web application designed to critique the deeply rooted and harmful practice of dowry. It functions as a satirical tool that calculates a fictional "dowry worth" based on various real-world metrics often used to objectify individuals in the context of marriage.

Our mission is to use technology and satire to spark uncomfortable but necessary conversations. By turning the grim logic of the "marriage market" into an interactive and shareable experience, we hope to make the absurdity of the system undeniable.

Installation

1. Clone the repo

2. Install NPM packages

   npm install

3. Run the development server

   npm run dev

   Now, open http://localhost:3000 in your browser.
