This is a preview release for Dirk 1.2.x, containing the following changes:

• run slashing protection database garbage collection periodically
• add commit hash to log on startup
• enable gzip compression
• disallow generation of distributed accounts without passphrases
• allow use of keystore wallets
• fix issue where signing with a public key as identifier could fail
• use millisecond-precision timestamps in logs by default
