Hi, I'm Yura 👋

I'm an AI & Machine Learning expert with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, and AI - I've been working in these areas long before they went mainstream.

  • 2007: Master's degree in mathematics and computer science (GPA 5.0), with master dissertation in AI and ML
  • 2010: PhD-equivalent dissertation in Machine Learning
  • 2007-2017: Teaching machine learning, logic, basic programming and scientific thinking in Ural Federal Univertity (best teacher of the Institute award in 2016)
  • 2007-2017: Leading students' research in AI and Robotics (went to Eurobot finals in 2013 and 2014)
  • 2017-2018: Developing voice- and chatbot assistant for two Berlin startups
  • 2019-2025: Creating Fashion AI, the recommendation system that builds the outfits from items, fitting each other and the customer, with Outfittery GMBH
  • 2023-present: Developing a personal project Kaia, Kitchen AI Assistant with the voice, face and personality of my favorite anime characters
