I saw many prefer to pass config via
nitro({ config: {} })insidevite.configinstead of top levelnitro: {}.This PR makes it easier by directly passing nitro config like
nitro({ routeRules: {} }). /cc @atinuxExperimental features are nested under
experimental.viteandservicesmoved to internal context (for now)
