Unit 2 – Omics Analysis National Facility for Data Handling & Analysis @ Human Technopole
We are Unit 2 – Omics Analysis, part of the National Facility for Data Handling & Analysis at Human Technopole.
Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art bioinformatics pipelines and tools for the national research community, enabling the analysis and interpretation of large-scale omics datasets.
We develop, maintain, and share:
- Reproducible pipelines: QC, alignment, read quantification, variant calling.
- Advanced workflows: project-specific analyses tailored to research needs.
- Reusable tools: production-ready, containerized, HPC/cloud compatible.
Our projects follow best practices from nf-core and emphasize reproducibility, scalability, and open science.
