  • Never forget these hacking laws:

    • Gall’s Law: A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked. Inch by inch, everything's a cinch.
    • YAGNI (You Aren’t Gonna Need It): Always implement things when you actually need them, never when you just foresee that you need them
    • Kidlin's Law: If you write the problem down clearly, then the matter is half solved
    • The greatest shortcoming of the human race is our inability to understand the exponential function — Professor Albert Allen Bartlett. Just keep building (e^build)!
