Web interface to add comments to videos as subtitles.
Plugins and libraries are combined:

- jstorage
You can display captions and comments on the videos. By default only it is working with subtitles.
A first storage captioning is done with localStorage (jStorage).
You can export the captions in a json files. By default captions can be loaded either localStorage or file "comment-video.json" has been at the root of the project.
