A Technical Question Answering Systems，used a little bootstrap,server is written by Yii. run on wamp.

Ps:lots of Redundant codes in the project.I did't delete the codes generated by the Yii framework. this is my first project using Yii and I paid more attention to the server,so the pages looks ugly. thx!
