📝 Changelog

1. 完善 filter 插件中关于 field 的逻辑缺陷，把列的唯一标识处理从列索引改成通用的 field
2. 支持当点击其他单元格或者空白处，筛选器会自动隐藏
3. 同时限制筛选器的出现，只有当用户左键点击筛选图标时才出现相应的筛选器
