This PR adds a new demo that features WNTR's new raster functionality and provides an example of using climate data to inform water distribution system analysis.
Summary
This PR adds a notebook to the examples/demos/ folder with accompanying data to run it in the examples/data/folder.

The demo will be automatically tested as part of the
test_demos.pytestAcknowledgement
