add configs with mod menu support(currently the values are hardcoded at 520fps for slider, and 10fps intervals on the slider) ✅
fix sodium still wrongly displaying the text "Unlimited" when the fps is at 260 and the mod is exported ✅
fix vanilla always keeping fps at ~96.2% of the actual capped value
