@ChrisRackauckas, I have revived AD tests for all surrogates in this PR. Mostly all worked directly, I had to fix a few. In the tests, a few surrogates don't pass accuracy tests (Linear, GEK, InverseDistance and Earth) but I think those are limitations on the surrogates side. |

A few of them are erroring which I have commented out and few of them are failing in accuracy.
