Bump lyqht/deepl-translate-github-action from v2.1.1 to v2.2.0 in the translate-readme workflow for improved features and fixes.
Replaces the previous DeepL GitHub Action with a custom Node.js script that splits README.md into chunks for translation, improving handling of large files and preserving structure. Adds steps to set up Node.js, install dependencies, and process translation in segments, with enhanced commit messages reflecting translation statistics and features.
Deleted the auto-translation GitHub Actions workflow and the generated README.en.md file. Updated README.md, likely to remove references to the English version and translation automation.
Added Google Hosted Libraries (ghl), unpkg, Skypack, and esm.sh to the supported platforms in both the README and the configuration file. Updated documentation with usage examples and badge links for these CDNs to improve clarity and user guidance.

Changed the edge function runtime from 'edge' to '@vercel/edge' in vercel.json to align with the latest Vercel configuration requirements.
The 'runtime: edge' property was removed from the Vercel Edge Function configuration, possibly to use the default runtime or address deployment requirements. The regions configuration remains unchanged.
