Doing a web/blog search with an empty string now displays the full directory
whereas before users would be presented with no search results.

"Blog" navigation tab correctly highlights when browsing "blogdirectory.html"

Quite a few fixes to escape data when rendering HTML so that Names that
include whitespace, or other problematic characters, don't cause issues.

Blogs and webs now properly alpha-sorted (for now).
Sorting by date-changed, etc. to come later.

Changed variable names in NameUtils::getWebsitesbyValuesInternal to
better reflect their contents and to avoid confusion.
