Changes the behavior since #6574.
In 9.0, the defaults for
/api/groups/treeshould be?includeSystem=falseinstead of?includeSystem=true.This impacts the Rules Elm app, which needs to specify the parameter, and plugins too in https://github.com/Normation/rudder-plugins-private/pull/1166
