- Fixes first day queries related to blood gases to use raw specimen
- Updates postgresql queries for BG data and ventilation/oxygen delivery data (earlier BQ changes were not propagated to postgres)
- Adds a test to verify all derived tables have rows
- Fixes itemid in the BG tests
