This PR:

  • Removes support for PHP 7.0 and 7.1.
  • Upgrade PHPUnit to 8.5
  • Adds unit testing for PHP 7.3 and 7.4
  • Removes deprecated CollectionTrait::clear()

Because of the BC break it requires a new major version.
