As the UAE’s leading careers fair for Emirati graduates and young professionals, Ru’ya offers three days of networking, workshops, and recruitment opportunities. With more than 180+ companies across 20+ sectors, alongside career-enhancing talks and on-the-spot interviews, the event connects top Emirati talent with employers and equips attendees with the skills and tools needed to thrive in today’s job market.

This summer, we had the privilege of hosting another successful edition of Dubai Sports World, an initiative that continues to highlight the important role sport plays in uniting our community. In partnership with Dubai Sports Council Sports World brought together thousands of participants across nine sports and 40+ courts and pitches, with programmes designed to be accessible for every age and ability. From free community gyms to youth academies and inter-company competitions, the event reinforced how sport not only strengthens wellbeing, but also fosters workplace connections and community ties. We extend our sincere thanks to the Community Development Authority Knowledge & Human Development Authority and Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services for their valued contributions in helping us deliver a truly impactful community experience. I also visited the UAE Pavilion at the exhibition held on the sidelines of the event. We wish all participants the best as they discuss the adoption of the Universal Postal Union's 2026–2029 strategy, to be named the 'Dubai Strategy,’ which aims to enhance global postal services and accelerate digital transformation.

Behind the scenes, our Venue Operations, DXB Live, and Hospitality teams worked seamlessly to deliver a large-scale, purpose-driven event.
