Over the past two years at BCG, Latima Watson, an Executive Assistant in our New Jersey office, has embraced a journey of growth, discovery, and connection. What she values most about her time at BCG is the pace and variety. No two days are ever the same, and that constant #evolution keeps her motivated and inspired, especially as she supports colleagues whose work pushes her to strive for her very best. One standout experience for Latima has been supporting BCG Platinion, the team that helps companies design and build transformative technology systems. From driving multimillion-dollar planning decisions to debating reality TV at lunch, Abi Sanni, CPA’s three years at BCG have been anything but ordinary. For Abi, Finance Manager in BCG’s Toronto office, the close-knit team culture has been just as #impactful as the ambitious goals they’ve achieved together. In her role, she leads headcount, capacity, and revenue planning while partnering cross-functionally with recruiting, staffing, and other teams to provide insights that help senior leaders make sound strategic business decisions. One standout experience has been stepping beyond her core role to lead the Finance Learning & Development sub-group across North America. Listening to colleagues, gathering #data, and presenting insights to leadership sparked new initiatives including mentorship programs for finance teams and a dedicated website for finance-specific training. From working with visionary teams across continents to helping clients achieve game-changing results, Palida P.’s journey at BCG has been filled with challenges, growth, and impact. As a Senior Associate in the Bangkok office, Palida Prasitanond partners with clients to address their most pressing business challenges, from rethinking #strategy to transforming operations. Each case brings fresh perspectives and deepens her belief in the power of solving problems in new and creative ways. One highlight was a co-creation initiative that uplifted capabilities, strengthened the client’s core business, and drove double-digit #revenue growth. What started as managing one Excel file has grown into leading a team that’s reimagining how BCG runs its administrative operations. When Sabrina Fisher joined BCG in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant, she couldn’t have predicted the career path ahead. Over the years, she has stepped into new roles, mastered the ins and outs of administrative #operations, led strategic initiatives, and now serves as a Senior Manager in Nexus Atlanta, guiding a talented group of Administrative Services Managers. One of her proudest achievements has been #transforming the administrative support staffing process. What began as a one-person operation has grown into a streamlined #system supported by a full team, and she’s excited to see how GenAI will take it even further. Sabrina credits her success to the many mentors who saw her potential before she did, encouraging her to grow and believe in herself. Her advice to others: seek out mentorship. It’s one of the most valuable investments you can make in your career.

For Casey Vitorino, it transformed her career at BCG from Administrative Assistant to Administrative Services Manager and beyond. Since joining BCG Platinion in November 2016, Casey has embraced a wide range of roles, from special projects to #engagement management, each shaped by a culture that invests in its people and encourages growth every step of the way. One highlight was partnering with an external vendor to help assistants work more #productively while improving their work-life balance. The result was more than just efficiency. It created renewed energy, better #workflows, and stronger well-being across the team. Casey credits her success to the countless colleagues who have supported her along the way, with special gratitude to Doreen Rosario, who took her under her wing from day one. Doreen’s mentorship and friendship have been invaluable, teaching Casey the power of building strong connections and supporting others in turn.

From inspiring future consultants on campus to creating wellness retreats that bring colleagues together, Bilqis Sanyaolu is passionate about making every experience at BCG memorable. As a Recruiting Coordinator in the Lagos office, she is part of the team responsible for identifying and engaging top #talent across Africa and beyond. For Bilqis, recruiting is not just about filling roles; it is about ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, personal, and meaningful from first contact to final offer. One of her most rewarding experiences has been leading campus engagement events at universities. These sessions were immersive and #inspiring, tailored for students, especially those learning about consulting for the first time. Watching curiosity turn into confidence, and later seeing some of those students apply, has been a highlight of her journey. Outside of recruiting, Bilqis contributes to the wellbeing team, where she helps design events and retreats that promote balance, #connection, and moments of recharge for colleagues. She credits much of her success to the support of mentors like Clara Duvill, the Africa recruiting team, and the consultants she has partnered with across projects. “It is a privilege to work alongside such collaborative, thoughtful, and driven individuals who care deeply, not just about what we do, but how we do it.”

When Vicki Burton walked into BrightHouse in 2015, just months after its acquisition by BCG, she didn’t realize she was stepping into a whole new world. Coming from a media and broadcast background, she was used to fast-paced environments, but navigating the space between BCG’s structured, strategy-first approach and BrightHouse’s creative, purpose-driven #culture pushed her to grow in unexpected ways. Over time, Vicki found her footing and learned how to bridge those two worlds, gaining confidence, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for the #value of working in that “in-between” space. One of her most memorable experiences was stepping far outside her typical EA role to help BrightHouse Pictures produce a film for a large healthcare client. Whether it was untapped #creative potential or simply helping meet a tight deadline, the experience reminded her of how energizing it is to try something new and how rewarding it can be to work alongside such talented colleagues. Vicki credits much of her success to the strong support system around her, from the collaborative EA team to the leaders she supports.
