Sr. Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive digital experiences that align with user needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to iterate on digital products before and after launch.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and methodologies.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field.
• Experienced in designing online forms/applicaitons establsishing workflows
• Over 6 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, or product innovation.
• Proven track record in leading digital product development projects.
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and success metrics.
• Self-directed with a passion for progress and meaningful contributions.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services is a plus.
