  • Last week, we brought our U.S. employees from all across the country to our Minneapolis headquarters for our 2025 Fall Summit! Our Fall Summit focused on reinforcing our culture and values, strengthening change-readiness, aligning on AI-driven workflows, improving client and consultant experiences and sharing practical tools to boost collaboration and results.   • From September 9-11th Kim Ullstrup, CCWP and Rachel Enstrom attended CollaborationX: AI & Tech in Staffing and Workforce Solutions, hosted by SIA in Dallas! Here are some of their top insights from the summit: - AI is transforming recruiting workflows and staffing models. Thoughtful adoption and agility are essential. - Human connection, transparency and ethics remain critical even as automation scales. - Pilots and measured execution are key to scaling AI successfully. - Integrating AI effectively requires clear governance, aligned leadership and cultural readiness. - Emerging tools like VoiceAI can boost candidate experience and recruiter productivity when implemented strategically. Kim was also featured on a panel about VoiceAI in recruiting, where she shared lessons on scaling candidate connections, evaluating partners and boosting recruiter productivity while improving experience! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲? AI can’t stay in pilot mode forever: success comes from leadership alignment, culture and governance to make AI sustainable and trusted.     At our CXO Catalyst event, one of the questions asked was, “How can organizations bridge the gap between the executive push for AI adoption and employee readiness?” Anirudh Sundareshwar’s response was clear: AI adoption isn’t just a tech rollout, it’s change management. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻: 1. Building awareness so employees understand what AI actually does for them. 2. Embedding ethics by being conscious of the risks and responsibilities. 3. Strengthening governance with the right frameworks around these tools. Ultimately, bridging the AI gap requires bringing people, processes and technology together!

  • Building the next generation of recruiters in Bangalore! We kicked off our NextGen entry-level drive with one clear goal: to find passionate individuals ready to grow into future recruiters. Those selected are now moving into training, gaining the skills and knowledge to grow into successful recruiters. With multiple drives already completed this month, the program is well underway, and we can’t wait to see the NextGen shine 🌟
