CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting processes. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly close, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to CuraLinc Healthcare’s scalable financial infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Assist in the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Close Processes to Ensure Timely and GAAP-Compliant Reporting
Prepare Internal Financial Statements and Reporting Packages for Management and Stakeholders
Support Audit Readiness and Assist in Managing the External Audit Process
Contribute to the Preparation of Financial Statements and Footnote Disclosures in Accordance with US GAAP
Assist in Implementing New Accounting Standards and Evaluating System Implications
Accounting Operations & Controls
Perform Day-To-Day Accounting Tasks Including General Ledger Entries, Accounts Payable, Billing/Accounts Receivable, Payroll Accounting, Banking, and Revenue Recognition
Prepare and Ensure Accuracy and Completeness of Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations
Support Documentation and Execution of Accounting Policies, Procedures, and Internal Controls
Help Identify and Implement Best Practices to Reduce Manual Processes and Improve Accuracy
Systems & Process Improvement
Collaborate with FP&A, Department Managers, and External Consultants to Support Financial Data Integrity
Assist in Developing Variance Analysis for Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow
Contribute to Process Improvement Initiatives and Automation Efforts
Support Integration Activities Related to Acquisitions and System Enhancements
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field
Minimum of 3–5 Years of Professional Accounting Experience
Experience with Internal and External Financial Reporting
Familiarity with ERP Systems (NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks a Plus)

CPA or CPA Eligibility Strongly Preferred

Experience in Tech-Enabled Services or Healthcare Environments Preferred
Proactive Mindset with a Passion for Process Improvement and Automation
