Project Coordinator

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, great organization skills, and a passion for helping people? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Customer Delivery team and help deliver meaningful clinical trial recruitment projects across the globe.

What you will do:

• Configure and manage projects in our proprietary Trialbee Honey platform
• Support project meetings with notes, coordination, and follow-up on actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Handle site engagement, user onboarding, and system maintenance
• Maintain project records, documentation, and tools for smooth delivery
• Work across teams, clients, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Help improve processes that make clinical trials more accessible

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in healthtech, clinical research, or a regulated industry
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with experience working in remote or distributed teams
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
• Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Bonus: Experience working with SaaS platforms or clinical trial technologies
