Base pay range
Location: ~ 30- Minute Commute from Boulder, North Denver, Longmont, CO (5 days/week onsite required)
Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Compensation: Base $65,000 – $70,000 + benefits
Summary
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our project-based construction client. This individual ensures data accuracy, coordinates documentation, and keeps communication flowing among stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and anticipates needs before they arise.

- Experience in construction or project-driven industries preferred.
- Skilled in MS Office, Adobe/PDF editing, and project systems
- Managing project files (contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs).
- Tracking, logging, and distributing project documents.
- Ensuring data accuracy and correct inputting of information in various systems.
- Serve as an administrative point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and third parties throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist project managers by gathering information, organizing files, and responding to ad-hoc requests
- Preparing, editing, and distributing reports, documents, and correspondences.
- Coordinating/Completing activities related to bid packages, collecting compliance documents (bonds, waivers, insurance, tax forms, etc.).
- Maintain compliance of different documents
- Suggest improvements to processes, tracking tools, or workflows
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing critical tasks
- Experience in project-based environments, construction preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in document handling and financial data entry.
- Proficiency in project management and ERP software such as SAP, NetSuite, Accumatica, etc.
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, sorting, etc.)
- Hands-on Adobe/PDF editing and manipulating PDFs required.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to work.
