Title: Construction Project Administrator

Location: ~ 30- Minute Commute from Boulder, North Denver, Longmont, CO (5 days/week onsite required)

Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Compensation: Base $65,000 – $70,000 + benefits

Summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our project-based construction client. This individual ensures data accuracy, coordinates documentation, and keeps communication flowing among stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and anticipates needs before they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project files (contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs).
  • Tracking, logging, and distributing project documents.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and correct inputting of information in various systems.
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and third parties throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist project managers by gathering information, organizing files, and responding to ad-hoc requests
  • Preparing, editing, and distributing reports, documents, and correspondences.
  • Coordinating/Completing activities related to bid packages, collecting compliance documents (bonds, waivers, insurance, tax forms, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance of different documents
  • Suggest improvements to processes, tracking tools, or workflows
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing critical tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in project-based environments, construction preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in document handling and financial data entry.
  • Proficiency in project management and ERP software such as SAP, NetSuite, Accumatica, etc.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, sorting, etc.)
  • Hands-on Adobe/PDF editing and manipulating PDFs required.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to work.
