Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President, Spacecraft and Missile Engineering in Littleton, CO. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of administrative duties and make a real impact by providing top-notch administrative support to our leaders and teams.

Your day will be filled with a variety of exciting tasks, including:

  • Screening callers, arranging meetings, handling office mail/email/facsimiles and other correspondence and ensuring correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled
  • Maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing and reconciling expense reports, submitting catering requests, ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Making arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, teleconferences, video conferences, PowerPoint chart/agenda production and reproduction and coordinating badge access, as applicable
  • Maintaining internal and external areas of a SharePoint site
  • Performing other duties as assigned

This role will involve initiative, diplomacy, agility, discretion and judgment in performing daily job duties and responsibilities. We're looking for a candidate who is a master multi-tasker, able to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing circumstances with ease. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
