Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth and Partnerships
Summary:
The EVP of Strategic Growth and Partnerships will source and develop relevant strategic partnerships. This individual will work closely with Company Ownership and executive leadership to engage potential merger and acquisition partners, franchise owners, and joint ventures. The successful candidate will also work closely with funding courses, including investment bankers, lenders, and private equity.
Duties:
Conduct market sizing, monitoring, and competitiveness analysis
Assess business portfolio trends and develop enterprise and market level strategic studies to support new market entry, expansion, and business model design.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, engaging in proactive outreach, relationship building and networking events
Research industry trends and specific internal objectives to identify relevant stakeholders and grow relationships using a variety of tactics
Manage and grow existing partnerships across various industries/sectors
Work with Ownership and Executive Management team to define, prioritize and pursue new growth opportunities
Engage key stakeholders – business consultants, potential clients investors, etc. on behalf of the organization to discuss business opportunities and key alliances
Follow through on the implementation of all strategic initiatives, to include integration, financial arrangements and full life cycle documentation
Requirements:
BS degree in Business Administration or Strategic Marketing
MBA is preferred
A minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in a similar role
Experience with corporate strategy or planning, within a consulting firm or in a diversified services industry
Experience with market entry strategy, market monitoring and analysis, corporate planning, business model development
Strong understanding of complex business models and their tradeoffs to use as insight in shaping long-term business modeling, comparing projected financial outcomes
Outstanding communication in all forms: verbal, concise effective writing, powerful presentations and sharp negotiation skills
Data-driven and automation-centric mindset to make key business decisions through critical thinking and in-depth analysis
Strong active service industry network ranging from startups to established brands
Outstanding problem solving abilities, analytical skills, and business judgment
Strategic thinker, who can consider strategic and tactical levels simultaneously to propose and build plansAdept at uncovering the business needs of potential partners in order to design joint ventures where both parties succeed

Salary Range: $220,000-$290,000/yr
