Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Position Purpose:
This position provides comprehensive executive, administrative, and operational support to the Culinary Department, ensuring the smooth flow of communication, information, and daily functions for the Corporate Culinary Team. The role serves as a key liaison between the Culinary Director & Partner and the chefs, supplier-partners, and internal teams, supporting calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, documentation, reporting, and technological tasks. By maintaining systems, tracking inventories, coordinating maintenance, and assisting in project execution, this position plays a vital role in upholding the efficiency and organization of the Culinary Department.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Executive Support (70%)
Provide high-level executive support to the Culinary Director & Partner by handling correspondence, information requests, and clerical duties, as needed.
Manage calendars and appointments for the Culinary Director & Partner as well as the Culinary Team Calendar.
Manage Culinary Director & Partner’s correspondence, processes, and information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage travel arrangements for the Culinary Director & Teams, including flights, ground transport, hotel, itinerary, and expense reconciliation.
At the direction of the Culinary Director, support the Culinary Teams on any culinary hiring needs and partner with HR and Recruitment to ensure the role is requested and filled in a timely manner
Field Support and Coordination (30%)
Maintain and update regularly filing system as required for correspondence, policies, standards, regulations, contact information and various applications
Help with printing training material for management.
Assist culinary department in completing special projects, as required.
Alert the Culinary Director & Partner / Directors of Culinary Operations / Director of Culinary Cost Policy & Analysis of all status reports, issues, or in-contingencies.
Keep the Department running efficiently in absence of the Culinary Director & Partner / Directors of Culinary Cost Policy & Analysis.
Requirements: Skills/ Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years minimum experience as Executive Assistant for multiple C-suite leaders
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Strong project management skills
Detail oriented with strong follow-up and decision-making skills
Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Demonstrate initiative and exercise good judgment
A willingness to work a flexible schedule
Proficiency with Microsoft office functions and any required business software
