Position: Designers
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $50-$70/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Minimum 1–2 months (with potential for extension)
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (with potential to increase to 40 hours/week)
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):
Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI.
Use your expertise in visual systems, user experiences, or creative strategy to ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design process thinking, visual literacy, and communication clarity.
Help shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across various industries (education, retail, architecture, tech, culture).
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong experience in specialized fields such as instructional design, exhibit design, service design, environmental design, or experience design.
A bachelor's degree in design, architecture, education, industrial design, interaction design, or a related field.
Strong background in creating high-quality visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Exposure to working with LLMs and GenAI prompting.
