Job Title: Cash Application and Reconciliation Specialist

Decks & Docks Company is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application and Reconciliation Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile customer payments in the AR system with bank deposits across multiple branch locations.

• Coordinate with branch locations to ensure timely and accurate deposit submissions.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between AR records and bank deposits.

• Support the accounting team with accurate data for month-end closings.

• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on payment and deposit activities.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or bank reconciliation.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
