Location: Clearwater/Tampa Bay (Clearwater, FL 33764) - Fully onsite

Salary: $25 per hour

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this full-time, direct-hire role, you will oversee the daily operations, coordination, and continuous improvement of the accounts payable and payment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Summarize and report daily financial activities
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and reconcile payments
• Verify and record vendor invoices accurately
• Communicate directly with vendors regarding billing issues, payments, and inquiries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
• Assist in preparing reports for month-end accounting close
• Review, code, and post accounts payable invoices
• Maintain organized records of AP transactions
