Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (Implementation) to join our team. This role is focused on working with our customer implementation teams to ensure smooth integrations of our platform. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across global time zones.

This position requires hands-on experience with APIs and data formats, combined with the ability to quickly grasp our product and drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between customer-facing teams, engineering, and product during implementation projects.
• Conduct API testing and validation using Postman and review data in XML and JSON formats.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable items for the engineering team.
• Ensure successful delivery of implementation projects by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps.
• Collaborate with teams across EST and IST time zones, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
• Ramp up quickly on Infras’s product and processes to operate independently with minimal hand-holding.
• Support continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing within the implementation team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving APIs and data handling.
• Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and Postman for API testing.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proven capacity to learn complex products quickly.
• Comfortable working in a remote, multi-time-zone environment (EST <> IST).
• Self-starter who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion.
