CornerStone Professional Placement is currently seeking Accounts Payable Specialists and an Accounts Payable Lead for immediate openings with a respected organization in Fort Worth, TX. 🔹 Accounts Payable Lead – Contract-to-Hire

A great opportunity for an experienced AP professional ready to step into a leadership role with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the AP function including invoice processing, vendor relations, and payment processing
• Streamline processes and implement automation to improve efficiency
• Resolve AP issues and maintain process compliance
• Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely reconciliations
• Maintain AP best practices documentation and drive team performance
• Support the AP team’s daily workflow and handle escalated payment issues
• Participate in year-end tasks, including 1099 reporting

Required Experience:

• Must have experience with BirchStreet (hospitality procure-to-pay system)
• Prior leadership or team lead experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

🔹 Accounts Payable Specialist – Long-Term Contract ($23-$26hr)

Ideal for professionals with strong AP processing skills looking for long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP mailbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
• Assist with payment runs, reconciliations, and month-end close support

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and AP processes
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Location: On-site | Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: Based on experience
