We are actively searching for a dynamic and multifaceted Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves the comprehensive establishment and ongoing management of the entire HR function for a rapidly expanding marketing agency. Concurrently, the successful candidate will spearhead crucial recruitment initiatives for a significant client operating within the insurance sector.
This unique position seamlessly integrates strategic talent planning, end-to-end recruitment processes, and day-to-day HR administration. The primary objective is to ensure the achievement of critical business objectives as our organization continues its growth trajectory, scaling beyond 30 employees. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, attracting top-tier talent, and developing robust HR policies and procedures that support sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Ebbiflow's business goals and growth plans. This includes workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives. Collaborate closely with the HR team and ensure all strategies are reported to the VP of People for alignment and oversight.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for both Ebbiflow and Aqui Health. This encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding to secure top talent efficiently and effectively. Ensure a smooth and well-structured onboarding experience that prepares new hires for success. This role will also spearhead and collaborate directly with the Call Center Director to ensure all hiring goals are met for agents and captive agents at Aqui Health, including call-center agents operating under Ebbiflow.
Talent Acquisition for Insurance Sector: Specifically drive recruitment efforts for specialized roles within the insurance industry, understanding this sector's unique requirements and talent landscape.
HR Administration & Compliance: Oversee core HR administrative functions, including employee relations, performance management, HR policy development and implementation, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. When appropriate, escalate HR-related issues to the HR Assistant or the VP of People for support, resolution, or further action.
Employee Engagement & Development: Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Identify training and development needs and implement programs to foster employee growth and career progression.
HR System & Process Optimization: Evaluate and implement HR systems and tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a strong background in both HR generalist functions and full-cycle recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to establish and scale an HR function within a growing organization.
Experience recruiting for diverse roles, including specialized positions within the insurance sector.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
