The Role:

We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition & Sales Specialist with experience in recruiting for accounting, finance, and construction roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting while also growing client accounts, sourcing top-tier candidates, and building relationships in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for accounting, finance, and construction positions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Negotiate contracts, salaries, and placements with candidates and clients.
• Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities in the accounting, finance, and construction sectors.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM/ATS systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting for accounting, finance, and/or construction roles.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tools.
