He lives out Victory’s Live for Live and Refuse to Lose values—always pushing himself and the team to raise the bar. 💪🔥 ✨ Off the field? You’ll find him on a motorcycle, a boat, or anything that moves faster than walking. 🚀

From product procurement to pulling shows, he brings the energy every single time. 🙌 ✨ Favorite moment? Watching the Pyro Wheel light up Riverfest. 🔥 🎮 Off the clock? Xbox and golf (naturally). Dylan lives out every Victory value—because, in his words, “I’m a dawg and I think I’m all of them.” 🐾💪 That’s the Victory way. 🚀
