Our new Sourced Outcomes feature, live in beta, is already helping career teams uncover student outcomes faster—pulling data from Handshake profiles, resumes, employer-reported hires, and public professional profiles directly into your first destination survey workflow. But we didn’t stop there—our beta partners asked for more control, and we listened.👂 🔎 We’ve added a new filter so you can now quickly view students with sourced outcomes, without scrolling through pages of unreported names. ✅ More visibility ✅ Less manual work ✅ A smoother path to stronger outcome data This is just the beginning. Thanks for your feedback, and keep it coming.

Every September, I’m reminded of the energy students bring when they head back to campus. This year, that energy is lighting up Handshake’s feed. Daily active students and alumni are up 105% year-over-year, and employer content has already driven 6M+ impressions since the start of back to school. But the story isn’t just in the numbers. Students are posting projects they’re proud of, sharing what they’re curious about, and exploring career paths together. Employers are joining the conversation too, showcasing culture, highlighting career journeys, and making opportunities more visible. Over the past year, we’ve focused on making the feed more valuable for both sides of our network with @mentions, curated content, and new ways to build communities. The future of career discovery isn’t a static profile or job board. It’s a dynamic, social space where students, alumni, and employers learn and grow together. I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. Explore more on the Handshake feed. You can also take a virtual demo here: https://lnkd.in/enyYm6iy

HR teams are often asked to prove their impact, without the data to back it up. Attribution changes that. By tracking every touchpoint, not just the last click, leading employers are uncovering what really drives applicants, acceptance rates, and ROI. In this blog, Diane Melchionne, VP of Customer Success at Handshake, shares real examples of how attribution helps HR leaders understand which tools work and gain credibility in the boardroom.

The AI conversation is often dominated by doomsday predictions, but Christine Y. Cruzvergara, our Chief Education Strategy Officer, has a different take. She shares her perspective with Edtech Insiders on why AI won't eliminate entry-level jobs, but instead, will redefine them. According to Christine, future employers will be looking for candidates with AI fluency, who can pair their knowledge expertise with new technology to be more productive. I spent Saturday at #TeenVogueSummit surrounded by students and recent grads who are getting ready to take on the #workforce. This year’s summit focused on joy, community, and optimism as fuel for ambition—and the energy was contagious. I met so many job seekers approaching their #careers with creativity, determination, and a real sense of #possibility. Gen Z continues to impress me with their resilience and fresh perspective. I have no doubt this generation will drive innovation and make an incredible impact. (And this lovely student came up to introduce herself and tell me she landed her first internship on Handshake—selfie proof below!) Huge thanks to Teen Vogue for having me and hosting such an energizing event!
