We're in the lab at Wing, answering common questions! One we receive often? 🤔↙️ "How do you deliver delicate items like coffee without spilling?" Ivan Qiu, Mechanical Engineer from our Aircraft Development Team shares that we've engineered our system to ensure such items arrive intact. Here’s how: 1. Horizontal Hold: The package and the aircraft maintain a level position throughout the entire flight. 2. Controlled Descent: When it's time to deliver, we gently lower the package, precisely controlling the speed. The package drops in a slowed, gentle pace. 3. Gentle Placement: The goal? A smooth, controlled placement right where you want it. With Wing, you can trust that coffee, eggs, and all other delicate items will arrive ready for customers to enjoy.
